Free tours of the Patel Conservatory

So you’ve been thinking about taking classes at the Patel Conservatory?

Perhaps you’ve heard about us from a friend, or found our blog or website online. If you’ve never been to the Patel Conservatory, we invite you to visit us and look around!

The Patel Conservatory is now offering weekly tours!

The Patel Conservatory is the education department of the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts, located in downtown Tampa. We offer more than 100 classes in dance, music and theater for adults and children of all skill levels. Many of our classes include free shows at the Straz Center, and Patel Conservatory students also receive discounted tickets to some shows at the Straz.

We are an accredited performing arts facility, which means that in some cases, academic credit may be available for classes taken here at the Conservatory.

There’s so much to see and do here... a visit to our three-story, 45,000 square-foot facility is the best way to get to know us!

Our weekly tours include visiting our performance and rehearsal studios, the TECO theater and our private lesson studios.

It’s a great way to get acclimated to the building and ask questions before registering for classes.

Come visit us and you’ll feel the exciting vibe of the performing arts that our students love!
